An honest and experienced mechanic, oh, and very trustworthy. Mathew tells you how it is and I've used him for over ten years now. Time served mechanics like Mathew are few and far between these days.
I found ML Autos by chance when my friend’s car broke down. Matthew was enormously helpful. I explained the predicament we were in with the breakdown as we needed to get the car back on the road. The repairs were completed in extra quick time and at great value, with an additional discount on the parts passed on. Matthew explained the repairs in detail and at no time did he attempt to take advantage of the situation we were in. Friendly, trustworthy and skilled, I highly recommend ML Autos!
I know nothing about cars what so ever and so took my “new to me” 15 year old Saab soft top to ML as they are a local Saab specialist. I’d identified a couple of little problems that Matt at ML sorted out fully but he also found a couple of other bits and pieces were also rectified. A full explanation of the work done was given to me in plain English and also advice about how to keep the car mechanically tip top as it grows older and what would likely be needed at the next service schedule. Great service and would definitely recommend to anyone.
A reliable and trustworthy mechanic is crucial for a car trader like me but but unfortunately it's not easy to find one. Before discovering ML Autos, I'd use a range of garages but I'd never leave the car with them (trust issues) so I had to waste time waiting around for the work to be completed. I was then recommended Matt at ML Autos. I found him to be very honest and very good with his work. I've been using him for over a year now and he's done a range of jobs such as puncture repairs, new tyres, diagnostics (I mean proper diagnostics, not the apprentice type you get from a main dealer), turbo replacements and countless services. I'd highly recommend Matt at ML.
