I ordered fill last weekend. They were supposed to deliver early Fri AM. No show even though I confirmed Thurs. When I called at 9, they were able to get a truck here by 10 so an extra star for that but the material looked short. 20 tons looked like about 10 yards, nowhere near a full truck which is what (I thought) I asked for. My next load was 15 yards of topsoil from another company and there was much more of that than the fill I got. The 20 tons of fill I got was lots of sand and gravel - like bi-products from a mining operation or something. Maybe that's why the 20 tons turned out to only around 10 yards but regardless, it didn't accomplish what I needed: \fill\. I needed volume, as in regular dirt/earth. I'm just a stupid homeowner and maybe wasn't asking the right questions. But in the end with the delay and small amount of fill, my project was a fail. By the way, everyone I dealt with was super friendly and professional. No complaints there.
