The staff of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home is so caring and compassionate! During a very difficult time, they provided all the information and assistance we needed to make decisions and to have a service that truly honored our loved one. Their professional services were invaluable to my family.
They have the most caring and loving staff. They were so much help and support to me after my husband passed unexpectedly.
The entire staff was great, helpful, and great at their job. I worked most closely with Lori and Christy. They were very helpful in our time of loss. They went way beyond the call of duty, and I will forever be grateful to them. I highly recommend Eubank Cedar Creek.
Total disappointment during the sudden loss of our Mother. Staff reassured numerous times that everything would be taken care of and for us as a family not to worry about a thing. Instead several words in the obituary were spelled incorrectly such as family member names, her accomplishments or incorrect and the information on the service was incorrect as well. To have this corrected it took 7 to 10 phone calls, we finally had to drive out to the facility to have it corrected in person. This is a 2-hour drive for each of us as a family member. The flowers and plants that were sent from friends and family did not arrive to the service until 10 minutes prior do it beginning. I had to go out to call them to ask where the flowers were during the service as they were arriving and when I called I was hung up on by the funeral home. Now we have received her death certificate and her social security number is not on it. This is leaving us no way to take care of her affairs, life insurance, credit cards and estate to which now we are being told it will take several months to correct. It has already been two months since she passed and we as a family have not been able to grieve due to the fact that we are having to constantly worry about all of these issues causing us problems for the next several months to come. I would not even give this place one star but in order to leave a review you have to put something down think again before choosing this place if you want to grieve your loved ones properly.
