Poor service. When requesting information getting fobbed off and spoken to confrontationally regarding a matter with my children. Told there are no online system for communication and told the complaints procedure was just to email her. Hmmmm don't think so. Guess who just wrote a lengthy email to the Mr Hamlin.... apology incoming.... disgusting attitude from reception staff. Makes me concerned about pastoral support for children that attend
