I was very disappointed when I went there today to get my CCW and was told could only do it by appointments. There was no one but one lady at the windows. I was asked by a associate what I needed and I told her and she said she couldnt help me and that I needed a appointment and was only doing for Putnam County residence. Well I could understand that if you were busy and people waiting, but to turn away 120.00 dollars was just something I would have not done no matter what , specially since no one was in there and there is no County or business now that can turn away business. The employees were walking around with plates of food and not doing anyrhing. It must be nice to get paid to do nothing and relax, but can turn money away and think it is okay. I get the pandemic is going on, but what business with there is NO ONE in the building but there employees would turn business away.
Very wonderful people that work there which is awesome to do business with such friendly people.
They are friendly and knowledgeable. I have some complicated questions when I go in and they are able to answer them and take care of what I need.
Went to transfer a DAV license plate. They are ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
