I woke up Monday morning 3/5/18 with no heat. I called Dependable they scheduled my service call for 10 a.m. The service tech called me on his way to my home and showed up 5 minutes early, he was very professional and knowledgeable he diagnosed and repaired my unit in a short period of time and at a very reasonable price.
