Charlie was great. He came out on a HOLIDAY weekend and saved the day by bringing back the cool air! I was nervous that it would be very expensive. But Charlie got us back on track and set us up with a great plan for a non-holiday repair day. I'm so glad I called them!

All businesses should be run this way. Everybody we dealt with at Hammond H & AC was professional and knew their stuff. Brian, the technician who swapped out our two thermostats showed up on time, with the right equipment and completed the job quickly and professionally. he took the time to explain all the features of the new thermostats made sure we knew how to operate the new thermostats before he left. We were so impressed, we signed up for an annual maintenance and service contract. I highly recommend these guys.
Bryan N and Jacob G and Bryan L all did wonderful work. They worked quickly and capably all through the whole process. All three answered all questions and explained everything patiently and thouroughly. We couldn't be more pleased.
Very professional company! Very responsive - they arrived when they were scheduled. Jacob and David were very polite, hard working and knowledgeable. They were here for almost 6 hours removing and installing a new central heating and air conditioning system. They explained everything they were doing, how the system worked and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them to maintain the new system.

I will be using Hammond Heating and Air every time! Our AC decided to go out last evening so I went on a hunt for the best repair service here in Jacksonville. I came across Hammond Heating and AC and they came highly recommended. I called at 9:30 at night and received a callback within 10 minutes from a technician and they came out first thing the next morning. Terrific customer service, they explained the problem in depth and got us back up and running right away.

I had a new mini split and electrical installed in my patio room hammond heating and air came out and quoted me a fair price and I went for it. David Steven and Steve did an amazing job I would definitely hire this company
