I have a 2001 VW Cabrio. The windshield needed to be replaced. Reached out to the insurance company and they recommended Safelite. They schedule the appointment for the gut to come out. He look at the windshield and discover the side strips are glued on. He calls his manager and to my disappointment he reveals he can't replace the windshield. My next question is why. Oh the side pieces might break and we don't have them in stock. Ok understandable I thought. So I call safelite and ask when will they be getting the pieces in. Another disappointment. Well ma'am you have to order the pieces yourself they're a dealers part. When you get them we will schedule a time for the install. Now fast forward I called Baker glass and told him my problem. I said can you do the install? Yes I can. Told him I was from the big city of Macclenny. His reply my son own Mac's glass give him a call. I called it took a few days for the windshield to arrive. Installation complete, job well done and a satisfied customer. #Mac's glass get sum

Very unhappy with this company the reason we went because it had good reviews we made an appointment a week and a half ago both me and my husband are disabled and older it’s harder for us to get around so when we make an appointment we expect what we make an appointment for is going to happen we get up my husband goes down there they forgot to call us they’re not gonna do our windows on our car today and he told my husband to his face we just forgot to call you so I called him back and say listen are you gonna give us a discount for your mistake flat out no OK I already told him I was not going to be leaving a good review I have owned a business and you that is not how you do people that is not good Business and I do not appreciate it so if you’re gonna leave or go to their company you better make sure you call and make sure your appointment is ready or they’re just gonna forget about you so I’ll reschedule your life for their appointment there’s not one angry person but I do not appreciate being treated like this I don’t care if you just say you’re sorry that is not going to get my windows tinted today I did what I supposed to do I made my appointment way early enough that if something comes up you people could’ve called us and they didn’t that is bad business

ladies... I just popped in to see if they could cut glass for a old China Cabinet that im trying to save ....and yes!!!! Awesome job and friendly and great price ! I was worried that I couldn't get back before they closed the owned asked where I lived turns out we are neighbors he brought it by on his way home ! Im new to the area and happy to say small town business rocks !shop local it pays!!! thankyou so much !!!!

I had them replace my sons back glass in his Ford F-150. They ordered that day and it was here the following morning. We dropped it off and within just 2 hours it was done. Very fast and professional. I am going back to get the windows tented. I would recommend then to anyone!!!
