They were out of white mocha when I visited most recently the boy over the speaker offered another drink I can't remember the name of it was very good polite and courteous staff.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. After waiting in the drive thru for 15-20 mins we got our 2 drink and 2 bacon Goudas. Both sandwiches were cold in the middle. When we got to our destination we called and informed the manager of our situation told her we could not come back right away because we were already running late for something, but that we would come back on our way home and receive our refund. She took down my husbands name and number for the next manager to know exactly who we were. Upon arriving we noticed the line was wrapped around the building so we decided to just go up to the front door and let them know that we were there for a refund for our cold food. Their were about 5 employees inside walking around what looked like work as my husband knocked on the door for 10-15 mins they continued to ignore him and not even acknowledge him. One employee came to the door and posted a note stating that they were closed due to short staffing. Which was totally fine but there was no reason why the manager on site couldn’t come out and say that and talk with us on why were were there, give us our refund and keep it moving. Instead of doing so they called the cops on my husband saying that she was in fear for her life and that we were keeping her from leaving the building. None of which was true. After talking with the cops which by the way were very understanding just told us that my husband was cited for trespassing and no longer allowed at this location. It’s all very sad. It all could have been avoided in such an easy way. Needless to say we will no longer come back to this location.
Always tastes wonderful. Only issue i have is I always order the exact same thing. It should always cost the same amount but strangley every time im charged a different price. No one can explain it to me. Ive been told to order my product a certain way and I do, but the price is still different EVERY time.
Love the service and staff very courteous and polite. Recommend their dark brewed coffee. Very cozy place to have a coffee drink. Nice and neat.
