Absolutely delighted with our recent bespoke curtains and roman blind. On the very first meeting, Alan provided a vast range of sample materials and offered his expert advice. With the house being a period property, the fitting of the curtains and pelmet were not straight forward but Alan took the time to meet our requirements. We met both Alan and Karen and they were both friendly, helpful, professional and extremely reliable. I would recommend their services and will be using Elegant Curtains again should we require more. I am so pleased with the Roman blinds that Alan and Karen have made for me. Expertly done and hand finished, they are top quality. I have seen cheaper quotes online but if you want perfection, go to Elegant curtains. also very friendly and approachable, very experienced and knowledgeable. I am moving house so I will be back for my next order!
Excellent service at very reasonable prices. Clearly very experienced and innovative-a previous fitter had put up a curtain pole incorrectly and it resulted in it falling down and pulling away a lot of plasterboard with it. I went to 3 other people for quotes who told me it couldn't be fixed and would cost hundreds to get something to cover it up and Elegant Curtains were the only ones who managed to rectify the situation (and several months later it's still standing solid!). Was so pleased that we used them again without hesitation for installing curtains in another room and we were delighted with those too. Thank you so much for your hard work.
