The receptionists, the district nurses and the Doctors have been fantastic during a very difficult family time. Nothing was ever too much trouble and during very trying times they did everything they could to help us look after our family member at home until the very end. We will always be very grateful to you all. You all do make a difference so take some comfort from the fact you are appreciated. Take care, stay safe and thank you

At home with the Grants

Feeling completely disappointed with this practice. They have let my 82 year old father down over the last few months which subsequently resulted in him having a fall and breaking his hip, since then he has been in and out of hospital multiple times and we have had no contact with the practice in regards his progress or recovery. They basically have a can't be bothered attitude it really is a terrible let down.

Switched to Park Green after fairly poor service from my previous practice. I have to say it was an excellent decision! Staff are always very helpful, and the standard of care from the GPs has been brilliant. They actually make you feel like they care, and take the time to listen to your issues. A stark contrast to the other practice! Highly recommended.
