The staff were brilliant and very helpful too. I phoned yesterday to make enquiries regarding a mower. I went today and it was ready with my name on it. My whole experience with Machine Mart was first class. Over the years I have bought many items from MM and this tells me that I will carry on. Thanks for help.
A few weeks ago when the rains well and truly came down, my garage ended up flooded. I had been in Preston when I was advised of this situation by my son. And it was late. The team at Machine Mart Preston actually stayed behind, beyond their closing time and family commitments to sort a pump and hose out for me. But it didn't end there as, rushing in the manner I did, I chose the wrong pump (as I found out when I arrived home!). The next day, they exchanged it without any fuss, fireworks or issues. Now, however you dress it up, that is outstanding, committed and professional customer service and certainly not something you come across too often these days. My hats off to the team at Preston because they were simply brilliant. Thank you so much. Would I use Preston Machine Mart again? yes. One million percent
As always machine mart had exactly what I wanted. The lady staff member was very helpful and knew the products very well, thankyou for your help, also the shop was coronavirus safe with sanitizer and gloves at the door and screens at the tills. Have been shopping at machine mart for years and never had any problems with any of the things I have bought. 5 stars
Ordered some equipment for Click and Collect. The store is easy to find being located on a main road and has plenty of parking. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and polite. Collecting my order was a breeze and I wouldn't hesitate to use this store again - many thanks.
