After having to deal with Mackie Properties over the past 9 or so months, I have come to the conclusion that they are more than inadequate to provide proper communication and customer service to tenants housed in properties ran by them. They couldn't give 2 craps unless the property was burning to the ground. Shameful they are in business and over the housing of people. Ignored my issue request for 2 weeks turned out to be a major water leak flooding the foundation. Still haven't heard from them, I went above and contacted the actual house owner to repair.
