Could not get in to local doctor for 2 weeks.went to hospital waited 2 hours after triage and then told to take Panadol. Then go to local doctor.a total waist of time.

I'm regularly having to bring my partner to this hell hole of an emergency department and more than id like to admit we are mistreated and the care is very neglectful! We now go anywhere but here! They have given her on multiple times things that are clearly stated to give allergic reactions yet somehow she is still given wrong medications! Take very seriousy the lack of care here! We are in the process of suing particular doctors atm that work there and have been neglectful.

Had to go in for x-ray due to hurting my foot doing gymnastics & the lady who done it was very rude & rough & hurt it even more & I could barely walk it hurt so much, I asked if I could have some crutches but the lady said I didn’t need them & she sent the x-ray photos to my gp 12 weeks later, I had called him hospital & she said she has forgotten about it & by than i had found out I had a hair line fracture & it still hasn’t healed 6 months later because I didn’t know until 2 months ago
