2nd year in a row using Mad Tents! Won't ever use anyone else. Customer service is amazing. Friday evening sent people out to fix something that wasn't quite right (not a huge deal) but their commitment to their customers are hands down the best! Great company to work with. Pricing was amazing, no deposit, great cancellation policy. Set up was very quick, crew was very polite. We rented the 18' waterside for my son's 5th birthday, and we will be renting from here every year for the foreseeable future. Not only kept the kids occupied for hours, but the adults too!

Between our daughters birthday party, to events at the business, they are always there and always have what we are looking for...and then some! Drop off always on time and pick up. Painless and easy!
