View is magnificent! Bar looks good as well. The food however a bit disappointing (Small dishes and nothing really flavored or interesting). Also a lot of the dishes were not available. service came a across as a bit uninterested in our experience.

We went there for dinner and had a lovely table on the terrace with a view of the ocean. Our waiter was very nice and polite and gave us good recommendations. The food was good but nothing impressive. Portions were on the larger side. Good menu and good value. I think it's definitely worth having dinner here, as the view is quite good.
Food was not that great. Dishes were completely different in size and sometimes come with and sometimes without a side dish like fries. Desert was extremely large (full glass of chocolate mousse) while a main course was pretty small (shrimps - 6 pieces with nothing else). Service was fast and friendly, therefor the extra star. View from the top was nice.

Best place for tapas and sunsets, staff is very friendly and the views of Faial are spectacular!
The decor and extension here is amazing. Loved the design. The staff were nice and informative to provide us history over place. My meat platter was missing the toast and jam but still filling. Loved the octopus and the fish soup was yum. Passion fruit lemonade was okay too.
Modern and cool restaurant close to the sea. The views from the terrace are awesome and the personnel is really kind! The grilled octopus is really good and the BBQ ribs tasty as well! There are several salads at the menu and the local cheeses to taste. Wide variety of wines and spirits. Great option!
Nice place in a beautiful building just outside Madalena. From the rooftop terrace you have a spectacular view over Faial island and the breaking waves. Cella Bar offers great food, great drinks (including an impressive regional wine collection) for a fair price. By far my favourite spot on the island!
