Manager sir, I think it is your responsibility to keep your bank more customer-friendly and keep a check on how your employees are behaving with the customers. An expression of irritation on their face or the derogatory words that they use with customers looses trust and respect on your bank. Pls do not insist customers to deposit only certain denominations bcoz we are not printing notes as like RBI to give in the same denominations as required by you and moreover the onus is on you people to accept cash whatever is given by the customer. We do not ask you to be ethical but atleast be professional towards your customers and none of the public sector entities disrespects their customers.
