I am writing this as I am waiting here for my mother's discharge summary. We were asked yesterday to arrive at 10 am for admission for a standard day care cataract surgery. The surgery itself is only an hour's procedure and it went well. But it's 4:30 now and I am still waiting here for the discharge summary. We are also not availing cashless insurance yet I am not able to understand the cause of the delay. The nurses too have no explanation. We are tired and loosing patience. Really sad at process
