I have been with the same bank for over 17 years (out of state) and I have NEVER had any issues with their service or them correcting issues. Customers come first for them. I cannot say the same for Norstate FCU. I have had several issues with this credit union and it's lack of customer service and ownership to correct their issues. I've had accounts with the Madawaska branch less than a year. I moved my primary banking back to my old bank after experiencing some uncomfortable moments with the customer service at the Madawaska branch. I kept the accounts open as a way to move money around as needed. BIG mistake. I no longer trust this organization and will be cancelling my accounts. I do not recommend their services and strongly suggest you put your trust in a CU or bank that values you and your contributions.
