Years ago I went to VIP in Bangor and was not impressed with the service or the price and they did not do what they we’re supposed to do. BUT, Today I got the chance to get a new set of tires installed on my car. Alan was a great help. He was kind, respectful and gave me a great price. I recommend Madawaska VIP for sure ️

This review is a little past due but better than late then never, right? anyway, the guys here are great. they did the job well and they did it quickly. came for an oil changed and a new air filter, come to find out that some animal had made a little home in my air filter! the mechanic who did the work held onto it to show me what it looked like when I came to pick my car up. he was very informative and explained everything to me, from the animal nest to everything else. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
Alan is a wonderful person. Id highly recommend checking them out! Friendly fast and very helpful! I will do all my business here!
