Jordan Maddox fails to keep in contact with his customers. When there is an issue with your insurance he does not let you know and dodges your calls for months. He does not fix his own mistakes, nor does he know how to properly handle business. He is highly unprofessional, non trustworthy, and lies to cover his own mistakes. I would not recommend him to even my worst enemy.

Jordan is such a great guy! And a better insurer! He helped me on multiple occasions! I was facing options of 440/month. He got me down to around 200! He is really friendly and is genuinely concerned about you as a PERSON, not customer! If you go through Maddox group, (which I recommend you do), I would ask for Jordan! You will NOT regret it!
