doesnt reply to emails. idk if your team understands that this makes the difference when someone is looking at real estate and rentals, but ignoring a future renter does not correlate to making money or quickly filling properties with good tenants.

The home I was renting was trash and moved out after 2 months of never ending problems. The carpet was still wet the day i was to move in. It took another week after my move in date because of all the problems. 2 full trash cans 1 was broken. The garage was full of broken furniture. The house had furniture. Torn window screens. Dirt crusted floors. Brown water.....I was pregnant and couldn't even use my water.
