I was taken into the building, given a new mask, plastic bag and hand sanitiser. Then I was taken to the waiting area, and told to sit on a chair without a cross. Next I left my coat etc in a plastic box before being taken into the surgery. Great care was taken with the examination and subsequent scaling. (Everything was good) I then collected my belongings, was taken to reception, filled in a form and then shown out. All very safe and comfortable. Well done to the staff!

I have been a patient of Madeley Dental Practice for around 30 years. They look after my teeth very well and I trust my dentist Helen Chapman to give me the right advice and treatment. Today I had two minor fillings. Process of checking in in view of Covid was efficient and I was dealt with in a courteous manner.

Always felt Welcomed, very conscious about my teeth but not once did I feel uncomfortable here. I'm getting braces and Margaret has walked and talked me through it all making sure I understand the whole process, and with everything going on they didn't have time to take me on but Margaret did so I truly appreciate that. had to see a hygienist twice and not in 26 years have I ever had my Teeth cleaned like that and shown exactly what I need to do daily, my old hygienist use to take 15 minutes maximum Catherine spends a good 40 minutes, and you can actually see a big difference would definitely recommend Catherine and Margaret, and looking at the rest of the reviews I don't think it matters who you see. there all great. And don't forget the receptionist also gives you a warm welcome there always happy and very polite.
