We needed to have the hardwood floors refinished in the kitchen and Madera was recommended by a family friend. Seth and Javier are extremely meticulous about their work and really take pride in it. Our floors were like 25 years old and they literally look BRAND NEW now. I've never seen refinishing work this good. Highly recommend Madera Floors - we wouldn't hesitate to use them again and tell our friends to do the same. We live in a 1938 home in Arlington with original hard wood floors. Madera understood the nuances to how these old floors differ from new and how to apropriately refinish. We also gave Madera floors that we're still covered in 1930's tile glue and they were able to get it off and give us gorgeous ew\ floors.
