Never book a car from this place. If you do be prepared to be stranded at the airport. On 2 separate occasions while visiting from Singapore I booked car from Avis. No one showed up. This is despite calling them thrice and confirming the booking.
This is for Avis at Madhapur Hyd. Terrible, terrible, terrible! We booked an suv from Avis hyd 5 days prior to our travel date and even received a confirmed booking email from them. On the day of our flight we rcvd a call from Avis confirming the car would be at the airport at 9pm as we had requested. When we arrived at hyd airport the story was a different one. There was no car waiting we called the driver on the number provided he said he was just on the way to us and wud arrive in 15-20 mins. We though ok, that’s not a long time to wait. We were waiting for 2 hours! When he finally arrived, the car he had brought was a travesty! It was not cleaned at all and even had wrappers on the back seat left by the previous renter. When we complained to the driver he said “I don’t know! It’s not my job to see if the car is clean or what condition it is in, my job is to simply deliver the car!” After this began a barrage of calls back and forth to Avis where they insisted we pay them the full amount right away and we said we cannot accept a dirty car (because that’s just disgusting!) and therefore will not pay. When even the Avis branch guy who was speaking to us said I can’t do anything abt the dirty car, we decided to call it quits and took an Uber to our hotel.
Super service door pick up and door delivery ..fully satisfied with the services...
Worst , Didn't even informed about the Car unavailability till the delivery time , I tried calling multiple times , at last they said car is not available . I booked and paid the amount for Innova Crysta a week before. Truly Cheating.
