Went for some loan enquiry ...very friendly people and office is looking high level corporate..... Payment counters are resume after 2:30pm post lunch... In notice board very useful information placed.... Most of the very difficulty to pass on lifts those are always busy and have to wait for lift...

Only Ameerpet LICHFL Branch accepts Pre payment of cheque/dd. Other branches in the Hyderabad may accepts, but processing takes more time. Eventually the other branches sends the cheque finally to Ameerpet Branch. Better to hand over in the Ammerpet Branch it's in MaitriVanam building.

They lost my cheque dropped 20 days ago and now acting as if the cheque never reached them. I had to make several calls and get the name of the person from LIC who confirmed my cheque. These guys started working on my case as I got the confirmation from the area manager. Such a pathetic customer service. Will not pick your calls neither will they respond to emails. I am Planning to transfer my home loan to a different provider. Worst part is no one from LIC HFL would not even respond to this comment. I am leaving this review for public.
