The apartment looks good from outside and even the rooms are okay as well but the the room which I had booked had the lock broken, the room walls were discoloured. Room bedsheet were not clean. Staffs behavior is good and helpful. But the staying experience is not as expected as on OYO it is tagged as premium but in reality there is no premium-ness at all I experienced. The breakfast given is not at all up to the mark as well.

2 out of 5 ... It is a hit or a miss with this hotel. Couple of guys are good, but rest of the staff are very rude. Rooms I would rate 4 out of 5. You have to give it to the construction of Fresh Living. I also believe that they cheated me for early check in during my second visit (they charged me but gave a paper bill where they don't keep any copy). Bogus bills means two things - either their employees are cheating them, or their book keeping is bad. Either way someone is unethical here. You get what you pay for! For sure there won't be a third visit from my side. Good luck folks!
Bad service. Dnt book oyo hotel. I booked for three people. They are telling third person to sleep on floor. There is no oyo dwell suites to run the hotel. It is illegal running
The property is quite good and has good security, Day in day out.Great location and good services.However I would like to tell OYO, that whatever payments we make, you must credit it to the property according to your contract/agreement. As we came to know OYO has not been paying the property enough and that’s how it’s been affecting customers.
Check-in was fast smooth and hassle free at 3:00am , happy to stay here Only problem I faced only with this specific room in 9th floor is the tube light didn’t glow, fuse out. Else all neat clean tidy Car parking in the basement of C Tower block
I have stayed at dwell suites whilst visiting Hyderabad. I found their service very nice and the breakfast provided was also very tasty. All IT firms are nearby from here as it is located in the hi-tech city. Easily available rooms at pocket-friendly rates.
