Wonder why these courts are for, other than an income source for lawyers & judges! 1.Firstly when a petitioner hires a lawyer and files a case it takes years for a judgement and then he should file another case to implement the order-no one bothers to implement.no real practical value for a judgement. 2.If the case is against government or gvt officer, its worst-court gives an order to go by rules as if he is not aware of his duties- like a kindergarten teacher making an LKG student learn things! If its a contempt case against gvt, court gives an order to arrest or fine and again stays its very order advising him to file an appeal on the judgement! Utter useless. Have you ever heard a Chief Secretary or Collector or just a mid-level gvt official being arrested and sent to jail-very rare like an eclipse! Settle your cases outside - even if you loose your money, you will have your time and life to go on.......
