I could not be happier with the Great Lakes Imaging! Not only did I receive beautiful equipment but I also received great customer service from them. It was amazing to shop for all my equipment in one place. I highly recommend this company and want to say an extra thank you to them from all of us chiropractors for everything they do for us.

I don't even know where to start with this review. I have been working with Great Lakes Imaging for several years now, and they have been nothing short of awesome! I purchased my adjusting table from them as well as had them recondition an older table that I have in the office. It looks and works like new. They have been terrific with every issue that has popped up and Jody has always helped me resolve any problems almost immediately. Most recently I upgraded my x-ray system to a Digital DR system and it's the best decision ever. Tom did an incredible job with the install and everything looks clean and perfect. Not only that, but he did some adjustments to the hardware that I have already in place and balanced everything out so that it's smooth and calibrated properly. Today though is where their service really makes a difference. I have three monitors set up in my report room and I was having the hardest time figuring out how to set up the displays in a particular manner. Tom and David got on the phone and remotely were able to set it all up so exactly how I wanted it. I am so happy with the system and their service and I encourage anyone who is on the fence about upgrading their system or deciding to pull the trigger on getting a new system, you can't go wrong with these guys. They seriously are the best to work with and their knowledge is top notch. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you so much guys for all the time you spent making this experience that much better.

Out of all the companies out there I tried none of them really seemed as reliable as this one. Great Lakes Imaging has been doing my X-ray equipment for 3 years strong now. The service is amazing, reliable and these people are easy to get along with. Best wishes John
Just want to start off saying wow, Great Lakes Imaging is incredible. From past experience no one would want to do my X-ray tables due to the job “being too much work” . But at Great Lakes they were very determined to do it. Within a day they contacted me back. They are also very trustworthy as you can always depend on them to be there on time, do the job, and do it fast overall, Great Company, keep it up.
