This place is very unprofessional. CNA's are not knowledgeable of patient care. Vitals are never taken. Medication and transportation are very unorganized. The elderly just sit in the hallways all day, slumped over in wheelchairs. To expensive for the care the facility is offering. Chose this facility because I was told it was a great facility and regret it very much.

We were amazed at the beautiful facility and staff. We never found anyone on staff we didn't like. I want to go there when it is my turn. Big shout out to the wound nurse. She did an amazing job with mom's legs. And physical/occupational therapy was awesome. Their love for their residents and families was amazing.

I stopped by this facility on a random day. I walked in and was immediately greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The place was clean and cozy and did not have the feel of your normal retirement home. As I walked through each area I was struck by one defining factor...each patient I passed looked right at me with a huge smile on their face! This told me all I needed to know...top notch facility with amazing leadership!

My uncle came here for rehab after being in the hospital. He did not want to come but absolutely fell in love with the staff and facility after he got there. The facility is new, beautiful and well maintained.They have a huge therapy gym with a bunch of therapists and equipment. After rehab he was able to return home independently, but missed them so much he went back and lived there the rest of his life. The facility was very helpful in getting him on Medicaid to pay for his stay. He always spoke very well of the facility and his satisfaction with the care and services he received. He especially liked waffle day when the Administrator comes in early in the morning and cooks waffles for all the residents and staff. He had a group of friends he sat with at all meals and they were always laughing and cutting up. When he died some staff teared up and I could tell they really loved him. This is a special facility with a lot of special employees. I highly recommend them for rehab after a hospital stay or for living long term.They are good people.

We were extermely pleased with the care provided for our mother and the support provided to our family by the entire Madison staff during her stay at the facility! From the cleanliness of the facility to food preparation, transportation services, nursing staff, social services, business management and administration, everything was done on a professional level and, despite the situation, in a friendly, postive atmosphere. When we visited mom, we always felt welcome! Thank you!
