Dr. Hall and staff are kind courteous and knowledgeable of what my dog needed to make him happy and healthier. The entire staff was friendly and openly bonded with my pet. At the end of the visit the doctor came out and explained the process of treatments recommended for my pet to remain healthy. I absolutely LOVE this practice and Dr. Hall is the best vet I have found in a long time. We had a cat with what we thought was just a really bad case of gingivitis. We took him to our previous vet who cleaned his teeth several times to no avail. Turns out he had a condition called stomatitis and the only way to get rid of it was to remove his teeth, not clean them! Our previous vet never even mentioned this...meanwhile our poor cat was in pain continuously. He had the surgery and is now a happy boy! Very good bedside manner and takes the time to talk to you personally and explain everything.
