The service does a great job of advising your options and cost, with very fair prices and finished in a timely manner. The shuttle drivers do a fantastic job of getting myself or my wife back to work, as well as from our work back to Zimbrick Buick GMC.

I purchased a vehicle and the transaction was very easy. I flew in out of state and the salesman, Tom, even offered to pick me up from the airport and made my experience great. Tom went out of his way communicating with me and sending me all the info and additional photos I asked for. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Tom was a great salesman. Did a great job of helping my family buy 2 vehicles. It was the service department that I feel ripped us off. Had a vehicle not running. Took it in and they charged diagnostic fees like 2 times trying to find the issue. After racking up the bill to 1600, they finally figured out that the Cadillac converters were bad. Another 4,500 issue. Like, after the diagnostic fees that I paid for, you couldn’t figure that this was causing the issues?! Pretty frustrating. Very disappointed. Felt Tom and the dealership were great. Not the service department though.
