Worst experience ever!! Took our boat in for service and a new pump....over 30 days it set there. My husband called periodically to check on our boat, which each time was still not worked on. Then we finally receive a call that the boat is ready. My husband goes to get the boat and the mechanic realizes it’s the wrong boat. Ours was still waiting for service. My husband just brought our boat home. So disappointed.

Honest and genuine are the 2 words I would use to describe Gary and Janet. I drove from Port Townsend WA to Bend OR to purchase a boat I found on Craigslist. It didn't have a motor, but the owner told me he bought a new one from Gary the prior year and just sold it back to him. I called Gary and told him I would be coming through the next day. He offered it up at a great price without any haggling or negotiating. It was a long trip for me and my experience at Madras Marine made it that much easier to justify. THANK YOU!
