I would rate this place higher if relevant information was available online, but it isn’t so you can waste a lot of time at this office for nothing. The employees are nice which is a plus. However, if you don’t know at least some Spanish, you will struggle to communicate so make sure you have google translate ready. If you are coming for anything related to your NIE, be aware that they close from 14:00-15:00 for lunch. Also, if you need a regreso, you *MUST* have an appointment for that day or else they will not see you even if you have a flight already booked, waited in line, and have all the paperwork. It takes several weeks to get an appointment so make sure you plan ahead. The only way you’ll get an expedited approval is if your trip is for a true emergency. However, during some months in the summer and near Christmas you don’t need a regreso.

I've never had anything but good experiences there and I've had to visit the place a dozen times over the years!
This place absolutely sucks. Nobody speaks English, and they really don't care to help you
Amazing PoMo police station!
They were very nice to me. Don't forget to get the appointment first.
