A great example of a local restaurant with authentic food and care. It has good ambiance. The goat cheese with ham as a starter and a baccala on a bed of beans were a winner for me. They have a good selection of wine. Could not try the desert menu after a full meal but it looked attractive. Reservation is essential. It has a high circulation until late hours. The best tables are further inside , far from the door and the bar. Suggest when booking a table mention it. It is located in a touristic and lively street.

Extremely delicious food, excellent service. And yes if you don't have a reservation you would have to wait, Being almost 200 years old in business I would say salute to them. It is a must experience what it has to offer.
excellent restaurant with lots of character, great classic dishes and attentive service. Nice selection of wines of varying prices. Tapas option is avail in front of the restaurant which is very lively and crowded. Best to make reservations for restaurant seating.
Historical place, must go there to have few tapas. Nice atmosphere, nice staff, great treat, good cozy food. The buñuelos are delicious.
Incredible restaurant! Best food I've had in Spain! Ox tail so tender and delicious, I wanted to go back for every meal! Few tables and known to be good, so expect a wait. Tapas menue in front and restaurant in the back. Even their bread was amazing.
