Really terrible experience. Robbed and assaulted on the premises of the hotel, heading towards Reception. Unsafe, you lose all your valuables, when you think you are safe. The hotel clears themselves without even showing any sympathy towards the situation and even how to better assist you. Knowing that I was robbed on their premises, on my way to check out, being left with no documents and no money, there was no will to even try and make a plan to help. Instead shuffle me out as quick as possible, to avoid more attention to the other guests still staying there. This was a very traumatic experience and I expected to be safe at this hotel. I can only commend one staff member that was helpful Daniela, no manager, no apology no nothing! You paid your nights, you checking out you go, who cares that you just went through that trauma! Its very bad and I do not recommend anyone stays there! The rooms are not cleaned everyday. For the price you pay, you do expect a bit more out of this property, not just another transaction, as this is what you will be! I strongly do not recommend it and suggest you stay away, if you want to at least be safe, because even if you are in the apartment, anyone can enter the building and you do not know who is behind your door!

Have very good service. I like it.
I have stayed here twice whilst on business, once 4 years ago and again now. Both times I checked in easily and quickly with friendly staff. The apartments are spacious and the kitchenette with hob, microwave and fridge is perfect for longer stays where eating out becomes a chore. The outdoor swimming pool is a welcome addition and a great way to end the day. The downside is the location: you are in the middle of an industrial estate which can be noisy at times. However an excellent shopping centre is a 15min walk away (with supermarkets, restaurants and every shop conceivable). The hotel also seems to attract large school groups (both my visits) which can be very loud; not a fault of the hotel, but worth noting. Also, if you are a tourist visiting Madrid, this hotel is not for you as it is a long way from the city centre and there is no train station within walking distance.
I am here now. The buildings and the facilities are old and dirty. There are multiple blocks in the hotel and it's impossible to tell which is block 1 and which is block 2 because there's no block number on the outside. There's no staff showing you which way to go, and the signs are only showing block(maybe? I don't speak Spanish) 3 and 4. I just checked in and find out someone had left a plastic bag in my room's bathroom. I am using it now, and it's my first time using it and it is already smelling terrible.

Very nice aparat hotel suited near the airport. Very clean and big appartments with friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Stayed here with work, got a nice apartment with shower, kitchen, lounge and bedroom. All clean and everything working. Utensils for kitchen need a deposit at reception but I got some tea and coffee and milk from a supermarket and made drinks fine. Check in was a little bit slow with only one person on desk but it was ok they spoke English and I slept fine. Air conditioning is quiet and efficient. Good breakfast choice, busy around 7:30-8 with people leaving but plenty of food available. Would stay here again happily
Nice apartments, comfortable and modern. Very few appliances, for example, there were only 3 plates and 3 knives and forks. Big pool outside for use in the summer. Well located.
