excellent spot for real spaniard food. Cochinillo (pig) and cordero (lamb) are cooked in a wood oven. The owner is always on site, she is amazing, the staff is super friendly. Good value for money

Great place in Madrid to taste traditional cuisine from Segovia. Best in its class baby pork, as well as great entrées and desserts. Friendly staff, a bit noisy and slightly overpriced (45 euros per person).
