Ordered grilled tuna and Edelweiss pig knuckle. Both are fantastic. Great flavor and texture. Generous portions and reasonable prices. The restaurant is quite big. Clean and nicely decorated. Well lit, not afraid of showing what they bring onto the table. We were seated when it opened at 8pm. By 9pm it’s completely full. Almost all are locals.

Order the knuckle which is recommended by the staff and they help me to change protato to vegetables. It's well cooked .....you can separate the bone simply by one.cut. Tasty and satisfactory.

Edelweiss is an ok restaurant, good portions, very reasonably price for centre of Madrid. Selection of beer was poor, only one in bottle. Funny thing is you don't expect that a German type restaurant in middle Madrid is managed and served by Philippines
