PS:doesn’t even deserve one star. Due recent experiences of attending the emergency service of Hospital De La Princesa, I have noticed: 1- Lack of organizational level: patients are waiting between Four to Six hours to get a simple diagnosis. 2- Doctors: Very young “ literally just graduated “. Young doctors that are being supervised by very few professionals doctors at a hospital with a high capacity of elderly attendance which they require constant and friendlier attention. 3- Attitude: Unfriendly staff, uncommunicative answers to patient questions, some racial profiling is happening there. A hospital is just a big building with medical equipments without caring doctors, So quit smoking outside and start doing your JOB, doctor.

First of all I was impressed by the care and efficiency the staff demonstrated on my visit today, Dr Basilio Elena was very compassionate while maintaining her professionalism to her fullest, I cant complaint specially when I'm also paying private insurance. I came out with a total different outlook. AMAZING CARE!

The emergency department at this hospital is great. After registering I was seen by a doctor in 10 to 15 minutes in the care I got was great. They could not of been kinder.

The doctors and nurses were very professional, they didn’t hesitate to ask other people to see me to be sure’ of the diagnostic. They were patient regarding my weak spending and the waiting time was perfectly correct

I'm Italian not living in Madrid and I went on Tuesday at 5pm for an infection to a finger. I waited for 10 minutes and the doctor was super kind and quickly cured me. Really impressed

I went to emergencies with my German boyfriend who has a European Health Card and they admitted it without any problem. We were admitted quick and even though there was a lot of people, it took us only around 1h. Also the doctor could speak a very good English so it was a just what we were looking for. Atención muy rápida en emergencias y admiten la Tarjeta Sanitaria Europea.

While part of the staff is efficient and attentive, some doctors won't pay a minimum respect to the patients or families even in a death scenario. Unfortunately that's it for me, I can't say any good thing about this hospital.
