Not a terrible price for Madrid but it wasn’t a great place to stay for an extended amount of time. The worst part was that when we first got into the room it smelled of smoke. People have obviously been smoking here. We had a hard time sleeping as the smoke really bothered us. One redeeming quality was the shower which was nice. There was also no shortage of hot water. The maid and front desk were also extremely nice to us. Each day the maid would come in and clean the room and give us new towels. That was the best part. Just wished it didn’t smell like smoke.

Our room was soooo smoky. We had to sleep with all the windows open even though it was cold because it smelled so bad. Check-in was not communicated very well and the front door to the Hostal is really hard to unlock. I wouldn't book again.
Beds are made everyday (no clean sheets though you can probaly ask for it) clean towels everyday. Fridge in the room. Airco. Close to Gran Via. Very central located. Very calm and quiet inside. (street noise is low)

El Trato fue increíble, respetuoso. La limpieza de las instalaciones impecables. Sin duda lo recomiendo.
Hotel simples, quarto com bom espaco, mini bar e tv. Banheiro antigo mas funciona. Cofre tem que colocar 1 moeda a cada uso, porem nao funcionou, tive que deixar meu dinheiro no quarto sem qualquer seguranca. A dona me garantiu que nunca aconteceu nada no hotel, tive que confiar na palavra dela, felizmente nao aconteceu nada. A fechadura da porta e antiga e nao funciona direito, segundo a dona, “tienes que ter juego”, chegar cansado da rua cheio de sacolas, quero entrar logo sem “Juego”. Muito cheiro de cigarro no hotel, parece Las Vegas. Localizacao otima, proximo a estacao Gran Via, muitas lojas e um supermercado logo abaixo. Pelo valor p hotel e bom, mas precisa melhorar esses detalhes e com certeza ficara um otimo Hotel.
