Very unique style hostel. Private room and bathroom. Very clean but bathroom quite small, but at least is private. I like that the card allows entrance into building, onto the floor through glass door and into room. Nice lay out.

Nice staff. Very clean but very noisy. You can hear neighbors soeak. No view from room. The entrance is not nice at all. Also some idiots tenants slamming their doors at night. But idiot tenants are found everywhere. I checked out after first night due to noise

I love this hostel/hotel. When I booked, I expected more of a hostel experience. But this is really a hotel at hostel prices. My room is cleaned daily and the linens are changed daily. The en suite shower is awesome with plenty of hot water. It is super clean. The management and staff are attentive. The hostel is right in the middle of the Puerta Del Sol / Arenal district with many shops, restaurants and bars. Ask for an interior room (wherever you stay in Madrid), which will be quieter during the night - it’s Madrid, the party in the street doesn’t stop until 6 AM and exterior room window’s face the street. This is a traveler’s hotel. You will not find spa services or a pool. But don’t come to Madrid for resort spas - get out and see the city. CONS: I occasionally hear conversations in the hall but not loud.

Fantastic central location. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the walls were quite thin so was on the noisy side at night.

Great location at the heart of Madrid! Everything is within easy reach from shops, tapas restaurants and the Metro. On the other hand the hotel service is great, the room was super clean, very comfortable and modern with all the necessary stuff you would except from a 3 star hotel.
