Cool Night Club in South Madrid. Prices are cheap, music is alright but pretty mainstream. Audience is rather young.
Bought a NY eve ticket for 24, the tucket specified that entry was 00:30. We arrived at the club at 0:15 only to be told we could not enter till 01:00. This meant standing in 2c or walking around to find a bar that we could wait in. Please do not falsely advertise on your tickets at the cost of your customers experience!
Awful. Terrible. Not enough staff. Promised a free drink (bebida gratis) on my ticket. Even though it said free drink we were sent all around the club to speak to different employees all whom couldn't give us our drink. So wasted time and no free drink. And now stood in a queue waiting to retrieve my coat. With 5 other friends who are also wanting to collect their coats. And we just want to go home. The music doesn't have enough variety. It's all 80s with some Spanish 80s. Just a bad experience. Do not go.
