I consulted Dr. Jose Luis Ramirez at the clinic. I was in tremendous pain in both hands - due to an infection. He was really patient and helped treat while explaining the treatment. The comfort of being able to converse and share my trouble in English also helped. Yolanda from Dr. Ramirez's team was also very supportive during the treatment. I would highly recommend this clinic over others. It has great doctors, amazing/ clean facility, and customer-oriented staff. Thank you very much!

Very bad experience! I removed some moles and I know have two massive scars that are outgoing. It looks about 100 times worse now than ever before. No compensation for the damages whatsoever. The prices were very high as well. Think strongly before going here.

If you want to pay premium for minimalistic decoration from Ikea and an impersonal treatment, it is the perfect place. They are not as good as their marketing claim. I went with my husband and I felt insulted to pay their fees. I though I was paying for one of the best dermatologist centers in Spain. The doctor was impersonal, and give me a presciption for something I had to check with a second doctor. He would not be responsible if it was not ok to put it on the ears. It was incredible he did not take responsabilities on prescribing something, basically that was my problem. He also put problems into send me an email about his conclusions by writting. There are many good options in Madrid, this clinic just use the image of one recognised doctor, that is impossible to see to charge extra for a team of unsophiscated doctors.

I am sure it is a great clinic, but making an appointment with their forms over the internet does not work. So save yourself time and use the phone, or wait a few hours, the 'Send' button that stubbornly refused to work in the morning worked fine in the afternoon.

I would like to give both the clinic and Dr. Sánchez-Carpintero my highest recommendation. During my first consultation, the doctor and his assistants took the time to answer all of my questions and respond to my concerns. My treatment has been very effective, and it has been wonderful being treated by such an experienced physician. The clinic is very modern with state-of-the-art equipment. Also, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
