Good menú, decent lasagna. Pasta is better at Gino's next to this place. Services is pretty bad. Waiters take forever to bring the menu, drinks, food and bill.

Food ok. Tried to charge us ridiculous tourist fee for bread on table we did not eat. Had to twist arms to get it removed from bill. Sad to treat others that way. Slow service. One of our party they forgot the order and did not apologize or offer to do anything. Just brought it to table after we asked and walked away. The rest of us had already finished eating. Skip this place in my opinion. Not worth it.

On my trip to Madrid we stopped at this restaurant, the food and SPECIALLY the service was great. Very attentive service and very good food. Would definitely recommend it, and will visit again on my next trip.

Food and service are alright. Glasses and cutlery were dirty. The place is nicely decorated. Not worth to come here, I will try a different italiano next time.
