Even though the wait is long due to the amount of theft committed, the police officer who attended to our case was both friendly and compassionate. He was patient and sympathizes us, made us feel better out of the situation. Tip: You can take the ticket first and come back later around 2 hours for your turn. Even if you miss your turn, they would probably allow you to go next when you are back.

Pretty poor service - don't go during the day, I arrived at 6:30pm and people had been waiting since 3pm...so I was advised to go anywhere else and also during the night/before 8am when no one would be there. The waiting area is extremely depressing, the queue numbers don't work and the staff don't inform you of anything that's going on or are rude when you ask...unless you start crying and get their sympathy. If it's not an emergency, go between 11pm and 8am and you won't have to wait hours to be seen.
First of one, get one number for waiting, and it is gonna be waiting for 2 or 3 hours!!!!!!!!!! So you could get the number first then go get a coffee or whatever you wanna do. Anyway , have a good luck, hope all of you will get your things back.
I came here in the early morning, and got treated really nicely by the police officers. I lost my wallet in barcelona, and the one in barcelona refused to help me and told me to do it when i arrived madrid. Here they are, so nice and warm treating. The police office who did my report is really polite and kind, as well as the security in the front door.

Excelente atención. He llamado por un problema relacionado con las restricciones de movilidad en Madrid por la COVID y aunque no es su función, pues no es un puesto de información, me han atendido estupendamente. La persona que se ha puesto ha sido super agradable y a pesar de todo el trabajo que tienen me ha contestado de forma eficiente. Gracias por estar ayudándonos siempre.
No pierdas tu tiempo viniendo a poner una denuncia. Con tres personas delante y después de tres horas y diez esperando me tuve que ir porque me iba a quedar sin metro (por la noche). Me encanta el detalle de que estés parado delante de ellos cinco segundos, ni te miren, y solo cuando les saludas te miran por encima, no te dicen que necesitas x papeles para tramitar la denuncia en concreto (que lo sabía por amigos, no por ellos), y el único contacto que vuelves a tener con ellos es la visita ocasional de un policía que se pasa por la sala de espera para comprobar que seguimos en la sala las mismas personas que una hora antes. La educación brilla por su ausencia.
