Narrow parking but managable. 4 storeys give better chances for availability. There is constant sewer smell when you go down but I guess this is kind of unavoidable. Best is location as you are parking just next to Neptune Fountain. Worst is payment (for me) because foreign credit or debit cards are not recognized by their machines and that's mentioned at nowhere. Walk over the street in next left corner you'll find atm for cash...

Verry tight space indeed like all the reviews said. I have to back my car up in here. Yep, what you see here is typical. Expect the unexpected one day you will hit the jackpot if you park here everyday for the pass 3 weeks.
