We were given the car by Hertz 30 minutes earlier without anyone saying we also had to return it 30 minutes earlier. As a result we were charged for a whole day for 30m delay even though the return hour was within initial contract limits. We complained at the contact service but they refused our request of refund. This was clearly a fraud case as we didnt get alerted about the contract changes due to earlier pick up.
