We just got back from a 4 night stay in Madrid. The hotel was absolutely amazing! It has large clean modern rooms, a great breakfast and the best location you can ask for. On top of this, the staff is super friendly. A big shout out and thank you to Lorena who constantly goes out of her way for visitors. The tips and advice were thought through and with a great local flavor, keeping us with the hottest spots away from the mainstream tourist attractions. Thank you for an amazing stay, we will 100% be back and send our friends

Great hotel in the middle of the action walking distance to restaurants, tours, nightlife, shopping and so much more. The breakfast is to die for! Five star buffet ranging from fresh squeezed elixirs, exquisite pastries, breakfast tapas and to top it off nespresso gourmet coffee! My room was spacious with a king bed 55" tv modern bathroom and breathtaking views of Madrid's center. This truly is a hidden gem.

end of the year in Madrid Excelent location, close to Puerta del Sol... but not too close :), friendly staff. The room with a view of the walls and smells from the kitchen outside the window was rather a surprise. However, a short conversation with the staff and we was able to change it for something much better. Super service. Good advice: try to choose rooms with a street view (Starbucks side). This option is a bit louder, but at the end of the day it will definitely leave nice memories.

It did not look like a 4-star hotel to me because the furniture in my room was old and ugly. Nonetheless the staff was friendly. Though the welcome was excellent, there were things not working in my room: I could not receive incoming calls and the heater was out-of-order.

Photos on website better than reality. Rooms are OK, I had booked a superior but wasn't impressed. Standard double must be quite small. Basic comfort, OK bedding. Very good breakfast in pleasant rooftop surroundings.
