My wife and I stay there in March 2020, Great location,great staff, within walking distance to all great restaurants Madrid,near train station (SOL), El Corte Ingles supermarket, Dunkin Donuts a few blocks down on Calle Victoria,Hop on-Hop off bus one block away, near KM 0,we would stay there again next year, thanks again to all the staff at Petit Palace for accommodating my wife I.Eat like the locals..I highly recommend is Hotel...my wife and I was there back in March 2020, when the coronavirus was coming down from Italy and we had to leave early because of the virus, we hope to return next year in September 2021, if you read the 5x8 Index card that we had posted in FIVE GUYS bulletin board you see what wrote TRAVEL BAN WHAT !! lol..We MADRID, God bless it.

Hello. I gave this 5 stars. You get better quality, but for the price it's great. We got a big room with balcony towards the street, nice bathroom. Good beds, and all you need to spend a night. Just bring clothes! The service at the desk was good. And the hotel is very close to interesting places to see, and right by the metro. We came by car, and we fond a parking garage 300 meters away from the hotel. Sid I say huge room? :)

Great hotel right next to Puerta Del Sol and the Sol metro station. About a 10-20 minute walk to many major locations including the Royal Palace, Cathedral, Prado, Plaza Mayor, and the Renia Sofia. Booked this hotel directly on their website (had the best rate with breakfast). Check-in was easy and Ana was awesome. The hotel itself is nice, staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean, perfect size for two of us and had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. Note - very few TV channels in English, but if you are up for it, many American shows are dubbed in Spanish and are fun to watch. The breakfast is good as well and is what you would expect for a European hotel breakfast. They also have a healthy food section that I didn’t expect to see. The hotel also lets you rent bicycles, but we didn’t get a chance to partake. If I had anything to critique, it would be the ‘clean smell’ in the room - it was a bit overwhelming. Not bad by any means, but just more powerful than I would like.

Beautiful tree and Christmas lights. Plenty of live street performances and music. Access to plenty of shops and modern style bars/restaurants. Good metro access.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are big. Nice bathrooms. Very clean. I would recommend this place. Location is good for tourist but noisy at night. Staff were very helpful.
