Good for kids
This place is awesome and by far the best gym I have been to in Madrid. Being a smaller gym new improvements to the gym are common. In the last year I have been here, two new areas for stretching and HIIT training have been added, new TVs have been put up, and new padding for the boxing ring and martial arts mats show the owners actually care for their clients. As opposed to the various other gyms I have been to before finding Xfitness Abrantes, I felt like people were more focused on the style of clothing and makeup they were wearing at the gym. Here, people put in work and its a very friendly atmosphere. In addition to that, this gym has equipment that I had trouble finding at other gyms. Olympic bars, a squat rack, and rehab/ auxiliar equipment such as muscle rollers and resistance bands(I had to be with a personal trainer to use these at the other gyms such as Vivagym) are all common here. The choice of Martial Arts here is by far the best I have found in Madrid. From top notch Jiu-Jitsu taught in both English and Spanish, grade A Muy-Thai, Capoeira or even Kyokushinkai Karate. There are plenty of martial arts to try for the first time or for veterans to hone their skills. Overall this place is great, the contract you sign to workout here has no hidden charges and no gotcha fees. The money that you put into this gym be seen in the form on new equipments and improvements. 10/10

La sala siempre está limpia y los equipos en buen estado, lo único que a mi parecer le falta son unas clases de body pump. Según que horas vayas, puedes entrenar totalmente solo, así que es estupendo. Barato y asequible. Recomendable
Es el mejor gimnasio de el sector, las instalaciones son muy limpias , eml personal es muy amable.
Muy limpio y con buenas instalaciones, agradables en el trato y depende de la hora puedes encontrarte el gimnasio prácticamente para ti solo!
